"Most industries don't fail because of intent. They fail because of design."
Electra is the founder and lead architect of Xworks — the verification infrastructure for fragmented supply chains where provenance, chain-of-custody, and environmental attributes must withstand regulatory and financial scrutiny.
Her career spans two worlds that rarely intersect: financial technology infrastructure and industrial supply chains. At IATA she managed the TACT aviation data product — growing revenue from $7M to $9.5M in 18 months — building deep experience in data monetisation, B2B market intelligence, and the commercial architecture of trust-based data systems. At DataCash and GlobalCollect she worked across payment infrastructure for digital markets, developing fluency in how financial systems are structured to handle volume, verification, and counterparty risk at scale.
That foundation — understanding how financial and data systems are built to be trusted — proved essential when she moved into industrial recycling supply chains at Procycle and EA Recycling. What she found was a market generating real environmental value with no infrastructure to verify, attribute, or price it. The same structural gap that fintech solved for payments, Xworks is solving for environmental data.
The Xworks system combines deterministic verification logic, chain-of-custody evidence, and independent third-party validation to create verifiable environmental attributes tied to physical supply — moving supply chains from self-reported claims to verification-grade data usable for EUDR, CSRD, Digital Product Passports, and regulated environmental markets.
